Dental 2010

Dr. Greg Psaltis from Olympia Washington just completed the 4th Annual Amigos de los Niños Pediatric Dental Clinic. He and his Dental Assistant and Hygienist Autumn and Dayna saw all the children from a local daycare and those needing attention from our Cabo San Lucas Special Needs School. Dentistry for Special Needs Children could be difficult to say the least, but under the professional care of this top notch dental team the kids are very cooperative and have a big smile at the end of their appointment. Cleaning, fluoride and fillings are done. Many of the children have had very bad dental problems fixed and dental health restored after four years of attention. Our thanks to Los Niños del Capitan's dental facility and Doctora Minerva for making this ADLN Free Clinic possible!

The great results are: 42 children seen. Actual visits 53, some children had two appointments! Based on fees from Dr. Psaltis' practice in Olympia, the in-kind dental services preformed have a value of over $13,000.
